Ingredients

3 Lbs. Rainbow Tortellini
1 cup Shredded Carrots
½ cup Edamame
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Canola Oil
2 T Brown Sugar
1/4 t Toasted Sesame Seeds
4 grams Fresh Grated Ginger
1 t Dijon Mustard
 


Preparation

(can be made 1 day ahead of time):
1. Thaw Pasta, toss in dressing and vegetables to incorporate
2. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds
 


Execution

1. To make dressing – Whisk together mustard, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar.
2. Slowly drizzle oils to emulsify
